Simone Tosson

registered psychologist

Simone takes a warm, down to earth, and empathetic approach. She believes the therapeutic sweet spot lies somewhere between warmth and honesty. In practice, this means creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore and supported enough to face what’s holding you back.

Simone works with adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and challenges related to personality and relationships. While she enjoys working across a range of presentations, she has a particular interest in trauma recovery and understanding long
standing patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

In sessions, she draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Simone values authenticity, collaboration, and genuine connection, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
